At Customs BNB, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, we may request photographs and additional information regarding the fault.

Items Not Eligible For Return

Returns will not be accepted where damage has resulted from:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Refunds

Where a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
